Our client is a casual semi-fine dining restaurant (charcoal grill steakhouse) in Bali.
The Executive Chef will be the #1 in the kitchen with direct report to Expat Corporate Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in similar position
• Experience in steak / grill restaurant or similar is a must
• Candidate must know how to properly cook a steak
• Background and knowledge of all Kitchen operations and procedures
• Able to co-ordinate the day to day kitchen operations
• Great cooking techniques, innovative, creative
• Hands-on chef in terms of cooking, menu engineering, cost management, supplier relations and staff training
• Good team leader, good in training the staff
• Creative in creating menus and flexible
• Outgoing, enjoys guest contact
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail
• Strong in food cost and stock control
• Energetic, motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of English spoken and written
• Computer literate
