Our client is a 5* International Chain Resort with 200+ Rooms and 6 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile
• Culinary school background
• 5* international chain experience
• Asia experience
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current #2 would be considered
• Experience working at leisure resort is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail
• Must be sensitive to the local culture, calm and composed in handling local staff
• Hygiene & HACCP competent
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• People friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Excellent people skills and strong motivator
• Innovative and passionate about training
• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
• Flexible working hours
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Mature, professional outlook
