Executive Business Manager - Europe
A leading provider of nutraceutical ingredients is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Europe. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand into untapped markets. The assigned regions and accounts will be determined based on experience and industry network.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, R&D, and logistics, to align with client needs.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and rolling forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the nutraceutical ingredients sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
