Our client, a family-owned manufacturing business in Toronto is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to their growing team.


The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Managing the complex day-to-day schedule of 3 Executives
  • Expense management, invoicing, and tracking receivables
  • Travel arrangements domestically and internationally
  • Editing and proofreading PowerPoint presentations
  • Project management
  • Email correspondence
  • Other administrative duties as required

The successful applicant for the Executive Assistant role will have:
  • 2+ plus years of related experience
  • Strong MS Office skills are a must with excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally, the successful applicant will come from a professional services background
  • Must be highly polished and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
