Executive Assistant
Job Description
Our notable not-for-profit client is looking for a Executive Assistant to join their exciting & busy team. This role will present many opportunities to work alongside Senior Leaders, doing work that is values-driven and making an impact on the world. Their office is located in Toronto, however this is a hybrid working opportunity.
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Direct support to a Vice President and Director
- Traditional EA duties: calendar management, meeting coordination, expensing & invoicing, email correspondence, etc.
- Support with managing special projects through strategic planning, coordination & implementation
- Event planning & coordination (I.e. team meetings, fundraisers, donor events, etc)
- Drafting presentations & communications to internal & external stakeholders
- Work in partnership with a team of Executive Assistants
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant
- Critical thinker with impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Passion for supporting not-for-profit organizations
