Immediate Need for an Executive Assistant with Quickbooks in Fort Worth, Texas

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Executive support for the CEO, including scheduling of meetings, making travel arrangements, and processing of various reports.
  • Maintaining an existing system of files
  • Proofreading documents
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist, office manager, and/or an executive assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer service and administrative issues.
  • Must be very polished and professional.
