We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant/client relations manager preferred.
- Tech and social media savvy.
- Outlook, Word, Excel required.
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks a plus.
- Keep track of important tasks and deadlines.
- Type, answer phones, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- General administration and running of office.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support Business Owner.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Meet with prospective clients
