Growing Chicago company is looking for an Executive Assistant with Salesforce experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership team.
  • Create sales reports, travel expense reports and marketing presentations.
  • Budget tracking and reporting for Corporate office.
  • Compile data to develop quarterly sales vs. projection reports through Salesforce.
  • Make travel reservations
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office
  • 3+ years experience supporting a leadership team
