Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls as well as office visitors
- Monthly expense reconciliations
- Serve as a liaison with internal executives and staff
- Support departments as needed -employee onboarding, invoicing, etc.
- High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people at all business levels
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Minimum 3 years of experience - preferred in the wholesale / manufacturing industry
- Ability to plan and execute high priority projects and events
- Exceptional problem solving skills and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction
