Position Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls as well as office visitors
  • Monthly expense reconciliations
  • Serve as a liaison with internal executives and staff
  • Support departments as needed -employee onboarding, invoicing, etc.
Essential Skills and Background:
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people at all business levels
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Minimum 3 years of experience - preferred in the wholesale / manufacturing industry
  • Ability to plan and execute high priority projects and events
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction
