Executive Asst. with QuickBooks

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls as well as office visitors
  • Complete monthly expense reconciliations
  • Serve as a liaison with internal executives and staff
  • Support departments as needed on various projects such as new employee onboarding, invoicing, etc.

Essential Skills and Background:

  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people at all business levels
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to plan and execute high priority projects and events
  • Exceptionalproblem solving skills and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction
