Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Executive support for the CEO, including scheduling of meetings, making travel arrangements, and processing of various reports.
- Maintaining an existing system of files
- Proofreading documents
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist, office manager, and/or an executive assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to resolve customer service and administrative issues.
- Must be very polished and professional.
