Leading Pharmaceutical-Focused Investment Firm Dorado, Puerto Rico
GRC Executive is conducting a confidential search for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a highly successful investment firm focused on the pharmaceutical sector, with over $3 billion in assets under management.
With decades of sustained performance and a strong presence on the U.S. East Coast, the firm is led by a highly accomplished investor now based in Puerto Rico under Act 60. The CEO is seeking a trusted right hand to provide sophisticated, high-level executive support from the firm’s Dorado office.
This is a fully on-site role within a fast-paced, performance-driven investment environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, shifting priorities, and high-volume communications

Act as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison across investment teams, portfolio companies, advisors, and external stakeholders

Prepare executive materials including presentations, board materials, investor communications, and reports
-
Track key initiatives and ensure disciplined follow-through on action items
-
Coordinate domestic travel and high-level logistics, including occasional travel to the U.S. East Coast
-
Support meeting preparation and ensure the CEO is fully briefed for investor, board, and portfolio engagements
-
Handle highly confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment
Ideal Profile

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Significant experience supporting a C-level executive, ideally within venture capital, private equity, investment management, life sciences, or professional services
-
Strong business acumen and ability to operate in a sophisticated financial environment
-
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Polished communication skills (written and verbal)
-
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating executive needs

Fluency in English and Spanish required
