Our client is a 5* Resort with several yachts/boats. The resort offers a large selection of cruises, water sports and activities.
Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location, the area is world famous for its underwater world.
This role will be the #2 in the resort; will oversee F&B, Rooms, Engineering, Security, Spa; and will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 5* & international brand experience
• Experience in the same position or similar role
• Coming from F&B background
• Strong current DOFB who is ready for the next step up would be also considered
• Asia experience is a must
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovate in revenue generating efforts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership skills – able to set the direction, motivate and lead the team
• Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
• Able to set example of positive values of integrity, maturity, accountability, reliability
• Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service and personalized guest experience
• Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
• Someone proactive who can work independently
• Energetic, motivated, hard working with an excellent working track record
• Strong and effective planning and time management skills
• Able to work independently
• Highly organized and efficient
• Process driven and eye for detail
