Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP(s) & GM for one of the world’s most respected logistics organizations. Our client has 80+ years’ experience providing customized logistics solutions combining the latest technology and high-quality service. Their global network offers a multi-mode global forwarding suite of services spanning over 700 locations in 47 countries.
The Executive Adviser - High Tech is responsible to grow our client business within the high-tech vertical and to develop strong C-level contacts with targeted customers. Will be tasked with achieving revenue and operating profit targets by leveraging global assets. Will set strategies based on direction from global and regional headquarters and will set a clear account action plan and follow to completion. Additionally, the Executive Adviser will provide coaching and training to sales staff by sharing expertise and best practices.

Background Required:
  • Business experience including significant experience in sales and marketing (10 years)
  • Global large account management – specifically Intel
  • Excellent knowledge and relationships within the High Tech industry, specifically semiconductor
  • High Tech vertical leadership
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Negotiations
  • Staff management & training
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or economics
  • Residence: USA (AZ, CA. TX, WA)
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • International freight forwarding or logistics sales or operations
  • Bi-Lingual: English & Japanese
  • Advanced Degree –MBA
