SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support reporting to the President and the Chief Risk Officer.
The Executive Assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among priorities.
This person must be highly organized with the ability to support multiple projects while accomplishing core responsibilities at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support reporting to the President and the Chief Risk Officer.

This person must be highly organized with the ability to support multiple projects while accomplishing core responsibilities at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the office of the President, and the office of the Chief Risk Officer
- Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling and prioritization of meetings, travel, and group projects
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the President’s and CRO’s schedules and contacts are in order and regularly updated.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach
- Screens incoming telephone calls; takes and delivers accurate messages; response to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff. Serves as a liaison across groups within the business
- Provides a high touch quality of service within the organization and with external clients
- Communicates on operations and processes, and when necessary, ensures implementation
- Drafts and revises memos, emails, agendas, action notes, letters, reports, presentations, and other correspondence to high-quality standards. Serves as the informational hub for team projects
- Basic research and problem-solving tasks
- Ensures expenses and other administrative tasks are handled and approved promptly
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 + years of administrative experience in a finance or similar environment
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- A team player’s attitude

- Outstanding people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization
