POSITION DESCRIPTION

You will be an important ally for client organization to invest in growth led strategic solutions. An ideal candidate will possess research, analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, management and leadership skills to provide solutions and recommendations.

The essential responsibilities of the position are listed below in the following key areas:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop detailed work-plans for several projects (typically 3-6 months) and manage the daily operations of each
  • Conduct and manage research and analysis of innovations or consumer trends efficiently
  • Work closely with the team in researching, analyzing, and developing hypothesis of each project launch under the program
  • Report on research / project progress to your superior
  • Organize and handle the progress of research tasks with freelancer and contracted researchers
  • Approach, arrange and facilitate meetings with clients, potential partners targets, etc.
  • Assist Director of Operation to provide clients with facts, analysis, implications that outline solutions
  • Work as a member of clients’ team in roles that vary according to the team’s objectives
  • Assist Director of Operation to develop project plans, implement work plans and monitor progress
  • Produce written reports and deliver project objectives under light supervision
  • Derive, structure and summarize findings in Excel and PowerPoint formats
  • Pursue business expansion opportunities and manage administrative tasks on an as-needed basis


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
  • About 3 years of experience managing project work streams and resources gained in a professional environment
  • Analytical mind with excellent research, data collection and analysis skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Outstanding inter-personal skills, and communication skills
  • Successfully demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with frequent and substantial priority changes, challenging timelines and major resource constraints is desired
  • Experience in product development will be an advantage
  • Proficient computer skills and experience producing written reports, using MS Office tools
  • Authorized to work in the US
