Executive Vice President – Engineering & Construction
Our client, a fast-growing, publicly traded regulated water utility located in the Western US, is currently looking to bring on an Executive Vice President of Engineering and Construction to complement its executive management team. What you’ll do:
- Plan and direct all aspects of the Company’s engineering and construction activity
- Oversee long-term project development strategy
- Work with executive team in developing Company’s asset development plan
- Lead the development and construction team to execute on project plans
- Develop and update capital improvement plan consistent with Company objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and third parties in setting and meeting expectations
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in management, engineering, and construction of water and wastewater systems
- Leadership experience working with multi-level teams
- Experience or comfort level as member of an executive management team
- Experience with SCADA, relevant engineering and architecture programs as well as the latest water treatment systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
