Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Cincinnati, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Estimator position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Provide accurate cost estimates, schedules, and take offs
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide accurate information
• Develop risk assessments

Salary Range: $90-130K

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• Ability to oversee jobs with strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Demonstrated ability to use accounting principles to ensure accurate project estimates and schedules
