Estimator

Overview:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Dayton, OH construction company to help them search and qualify candidates for their Estimator position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Estimating all assigned projects
• Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
• Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• Must have 5-10 years of experience as an estimator
• Experience with projects in commercial, public works, and/or wastewater/water treatment
• Experience working with CMR would be preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million

Salary Range: $85-120K
