Joinery Estimator position, based in Regional NSW or WFH

The key responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to:

Analysis, scope and price the specific high-end commercial fit outs servicing all industries over eastern side of Australia.

Read and interpret drawings and data;

Liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the jobs and projects;

Communicate expectations and identify issues where necessary to stakeholders;

Prepare Sub-trade packages and obtain quotes from other suppliers or in-house Procurement to assist with costings;

Consider resource capacity, materials and contractors for delivery of projects;

Based is a north coast regional city

Relocation to Regional NSW city on the north coast is an option. Alternatively the successful candidate may work from home but must have significant experience in joinery estimating.

Salary range is very broad depending and will depend on the experience and expertise you can bring to the role.

Personal Requirements

• A formal relevant qualification or sufficient trade background (preferably carpentry );
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills;
• Exceptional relationship management skills;
• Above average computer and financial literacy;
• A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience;
• Ability to correctly interpret concepts and drawings;
• Understanding of resource allocation;
• Time management skills;
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
