• Create construction cost estimates and maintain project cost reports
• Understand details of project scope
• Excellent subcontractor relationships
• Capable of analyzing and organizing information
• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers 

Experience Includes:

• Minimum 5 years’ commercial construction experience
• Proficient with RSMeans
• RSMeans, 4Clicks, Cost Works or other line-item estimating tools
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Degree, preferably in engineering, building construction or similar
