Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, Ohio area client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Estimator position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Seeking Estimator experience with municipal, public works, and commercial experience
• Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
• Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4 year degree in Construction Management or related field
• Direct experience in preferred fields
• Previous experience estimating projects up to $20 million
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Understanding of shop drawing
• Ability to determine production rates, staffing, costs and risks

Salary Range: $100-120K
