The Role Overview
The Commercial Construction Estimator is responsible for driving preconstruction efforts and securing new business within commercial drywall projects. This role blends high-volume, detail-oriented estimating with relationship management, requiring an individual who can accurately analyze drawings, develop competitive bids, and navigate fast-paced deadlines. With a strong focus on margin performance and bid success, this position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities, mitigating risk, and delivering well-qualified proposals. You will serve as a key partner to clients and internal teams alike, ensuring seamless project handoff while building long-term relationships that support repeat business and sustained growth.
