Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Senior Estimator position. Our client has a diverse commercial portfolio and an established clientele that brings projects across the country. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Provide accurate cost estimates, schedules, and take offs
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide accurate information
• Develop risk assessments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• 5 years of experience estimating projects in retail and/or hospitality
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Must have integrity

Salary Range: $90-130K
