What You'll Do
- 50/50 split between estimating and project management
- Responsible for bidding, estimating, and running jobs from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and field crews on assigned projects
- Project size typically $500K– $1M, targeting $4M–$6M annually in volume
- No government work; primarily private projects in the Tulsa area
What You'll Need
- Experience in metal stud and drywall estimating/project management
- Open to candidates from subcontractor or GC background (PM-heavy candidates will be considered)
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to own projects end-to-end
- Ability to build trusted subcontractor relationships (without conflicts of interest)
