The Role
- The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing plans, completing take-offs, and pricing multi-family construction projects. This role works closely with general contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, handling take-offs, and working with doors, frames, and hardware.
- This is a detail-driven role with a steady workflow, ideal for someone who values accuracy and efficiency.
- Open to both experienced estimators and entry-level candidates with a construction management background.
- Base salary: $65K to $85K, depending on experience
