Estimator - Commercial Construction
Our client, a growing commercial construction company has an immediate need for an Estimator.
The Estimator will be responsible for leading the full project life-cycle, including estimating, scope definition, vendor sourcing, scheduling and relationship management. Hands-on manager supervising project coordinators. The Estimator must be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients through competitive pricing, clear communication and on-time project completion. High levels of professionalism and independent judgment are imperative skills required to plan, prioritize and organize the diverse workload.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• Computer Proficiency required
• Minimum of 8+ years’ verifiable experience in construction Estimating and Project Management
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Project Management experience required
• Experience in developing and implementing value engineering solutions to drive down project costs for the Owner while maintaining a high level of construction quality
• Ability to travel extensively when construction site is not close to main office when responsible for activities at two or more sites
This role pays a salary of $70k - 80k plus commissions.
