Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of estimating and or project management experience in heavy civil and foundations.
  • Experience with BlueBeam, Adobe, Microsoft and Excel software.
  • Cradle to the Grave working model experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Project estimating for planning, organizing and scheduling project work.
  • Perform site visits to evaluate site conditions.
  • Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
  • Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals and budgets.
  • Prepare project submittals including construction means and methods, design calculation (design-build), specialty equipment and required materials.
  • Manage projects from bidding to closeout “cradle to grave”.
