We are seeking an experienced Estates and Succession Lawyer to join our dynamic, full-service law firm based in Ottawa.

Salary - $100,000 - $130,000+ (Based on experience)

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience and an existing client base, with expertise in:

• Estates and estate administration
• Succession planning
• Trust and capacity matters
• Experience in disability planning or tax-related matters would be an asset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in estates and succession law
• Existing client base in relevant practice areas
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client and community relationships
• French language skills (speaking and drafting) are a strong asset, though not required
