Job Title: Escrow Officer
Location: Hybrid (Reno, NV)

Overview:
A growing, technology-focused real estate organization is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing. This role ensures compliance with state regulations while delivering a smooth and efficient closing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee escrow transactions end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the process
  • Review title reports and legal documents; identify and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners (e.g., attorneys, title examiners)
  • Prepare and finalize closing documents
  • Facilitate closings in accordance with policies and regulations
  • Manage disbursement of funds and recording of documents
  • Maintain accurate, confidential transaction records
  • Stay current on industry practices and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Current Nevada Escrow License
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with escrow or title systems (e.g., Qualia, DoubleTime preferred)
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures

Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma (additional real estate education a plus)
  • 4+ years of escrow, title, or real estate transaction experience
  • Escrow license may be required; notary a plus

Additional Details:

  • Standard Monday–Friday business hours
  • Quarterly travel may be required
  • Hybrid Schedule coming into office 2/3 days a week
  • MUST RESIDE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO RENO NV
