• Premier Financial Services Client
• Entrepreneurial Investment & Research team
• Conduct comprehensive fundamental analysis
• Provide direct input into the stock selection and portfolio management process
• Financial Modeling, financial statement & investment market analysis
• Provide research finding and complete analytical buy / sell overview summaries to portfolio management
• Analyze Security Structure
• Generate, recommend, develop, recognize investment opportunities
• Min 6+ years equity research
• Strong knowledge in evaluating SEC documents, financial modeling, company valuations, due diligence, data analytics, and quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting
• CFA Chartered Financial Analyst or CFA Candidate level III

Compensation

• Base 140-200k + Bonus + Profit Sharing + Firm Equity Options
• Base Compensation is negotiable (depends on experience)
• Equity awards to buy into the company
• Other compensation award programs based on merit and overall contributions
• full array of benefit offerings to include health, dental, flexible spending arrangement, HSA, life, short and long-term disability, profit sharing plan for which 12% has been paid over the past several years
