We’re looking to connect with experienced Epicor Prophet 21 Specialists to help build out a specialty practice.

We are seeking Architects, Developers and/ or Business Analysts WITH EPICOR P21 experience.

We are excited to assist in building a strong team of skilled consultants. Bringing talented individuals into their new and growing Epicor Systems Integration practice, with planned conversion to full-time W2 employees as we scale.

Position Description:

We’re seeking experienced Epicor Prophet 21 specialists in all areas - development, systems/ business analysis, and architecture to join a dynamic and expanding team.

In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain applications or handle integration analysis and planning within the Epicor P21 environment, supporting a wide range of projects and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement customizations and enhancements within Epicor Prophet 21.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively.
• Ensure successful integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and support user adoption.
• Stay current with Epicor best practices, updates, and new technologies.

DEVELOPER Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a developer within the Epicor Prophet 21 environment.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

BUSINESS ANALYST Qualifications:

• Experience as a BA within ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Epicor module interconnectivity
• Integrations with external data sources
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to build upon your legacy ERP knowledge and apply that knowledge to EPICOR.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with distribution and manufacturing business processes.
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party software applications.
• Familiarity with user interface (UI) design and development.

P21 Training is available! You will work in a mentoring environment with a more senior expert to build your skills faster.
