Responsibilities:
Requirements
- The Environmental Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Oversee program management, including auditing, monitoring, reporting, and record keeping.
- Provide technical guidance and support on SHE issues across the organization.
- Coordinate and assist in training employees and contractors on SHE-related topics.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Relocation provided. $100K-$125K.
Requirements
- The Environmental Engineer will have a BS in Environmental Engineering, or a related field 5+ years in Safety/ Environmental experience in chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of SHE regulations and best practices, including:
- Federal and state air, water, and waste regulations, RCRA, OSHA / PSM, NFPA, TSCA
- Proven experience in SHE compliance within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with current regulatory requirements and chemical industry standards.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
