Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • The Environmental Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee program management, including auditing, monitoring, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on SHE issues across the organization.
  • Coordinate and assist in training employees and contractors on SHE-related topics.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Relocation provided. $100K-$125K.

Requirements
  • The Environmental Engineer will have a BS in Environmental Engineering, or a related field 5+ years in Safety/ Environmental experience in chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of SHE regulations and best practices, including:
  • Federal and state air, water, and waste regulations, RCRA, OSHA / PSM, NFPA, TSCA
  • Proven experience in SHE compliance within the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with current regulatory requirements and chemical industry standards.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
