Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and perform necessary repairs to maintain production efficiency.
  • Equipment Setup and Adjustment: Assist in the installation, setup, and adjustment of new machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.

Rotational Training Program

  • CNC Machine Maintenance Training: Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program where you will learn CNC machine maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience with various types of manufacturing machinery and learn best practices in machine maintenance.
  • Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced technicians and engineers to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Military Veterans: Prior military experience is highly valued, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
