- Broad Compatibility: Usable with MRI scanners from leading manufacturers.
- No Specialization Required: Removes the necessity for specialized CMR technologists.
- Optimized Scheduling: Allows CMRs to be performed within standard scanner time slots.
- Technologist-Friendly: Reduces the stress associated with conducting MRI scans.
- Patient-Centric: Improves comfort and convenience for patients during scans.
- Articulating the value of the AI-driven MRI acquisition software to various stakeholders.
- Managing the sales process to shorten timelines, including navigating AI governance committees.
- Conducting product demonstrations to showcase the solution's capabilities.
- Communicating with physicians and technologists, addressing concerns about job displacement.
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales funnel.
- Selling a vision of how the technology elevates patient care and diagnostic value.
- Driving the sales process and refining it as the company grows.
- Working through the nuances of implementing software within healthcare systems.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in medical software, AI-driven healthcare solutions, or imaging technology.
- Proven success in hitting/exceeding sales targets in healthcare.
- Experience selling into PACS, RIS, or CVIs.
- Ability to transition from device sales to longer software sales cycles.
- Established relationships in radiology, cardiology, and imaging networks.
- Expertise in healthcare implementation and expediting sales cycles.
- Hunter mentality with a track record of overcoming obstacles.
- Ability to engage both executives and technologists.
- Strong foundational sales knowledge, self-motivation, and adaptability.
- Startup experience and familiarity with MRI workflows.
- Understanding of cardiac MRI or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Background in cardiac imaging, SaaS, SaMD/SiMD implementation, or MRI sales (preferred).
- Capital or device sales experience, especially in big iron MRI, is a plus.
