Enterprise Sales Manager – Wireless Infrastructure
Location: Florida (Miami-Fort Lauderdale Preferred, Open to Tampa/Central FL)

What You’ll Do:
- Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-funded sales opportunities, achieving $2M–$3M in annual revenue.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare, real estate, and MDU markets.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Structure and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring seamless deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work alongside RF engineers and project managers to deliver customized wireless solutions.
- Expand Market Presence: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote wireless infrastructure solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales with a proven track record in DAS, small cell, public safety networks, or wireless infrastructure.
- Strong industry relationships within healthcare, commercial real estate, and MDUs.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales processes, including contract negotiations.
- Experience managing accounts during deployment, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales data.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Florida.
