Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to drive the next phase of growth in our Enterprise Solutions, focusing on leading companies in the crop sector. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior leadership. As a key contributor, you will deliver innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive sustainable growth. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build and maintain high-level relationships, influence decision-makers, and lead cross-functional teams to exceed both client expectations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue and Growth: Actively cultivate relationships with senior executives in top-tier companies across the crop sector, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Lead Strategic Conversations: Engage directly with key decision-makers to influence high-level decisions and provide tailored solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
- Achieve Long-Term Client Success: Build and maintain strategic, long-term partnerships with industry-leading clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and the successful achievement of annual revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and optimal client outcomes.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and internal developments within the crop sector, delivering innovative strategies and solutions that drive client success.
- Account Planning & Negotiation: Develop and execute tailored account strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the lifecycle.
- Sales Excellence: Leverage Salesforce CRM to capture critical customer data, monitor progress, and align internal resources to ensure successful execution.
- Change Management: Serve as the bridge between operational teams and senior leadership, driving new ideas and adjusting strategies to keep pace with changes in the marketplace.
- Strategic Data-Driven Recommendations: Use data analysis to refine and optimize strategic plans, making actionable recommendations to leadership that drive revenue growth and business impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the crop sector or related industries, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics, trends, and challenges faced by industry-leading companies.
- 5+ Years of Executive Sales Leadership: Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and driving results across enterprise-level accounts, with a strong track record of securing and expanding strategic relationships.
- Senior Leadership Engagement: Skilled at engaging and influencing senior decision-makers, guiding them through complex business decisions and aligning them with innovative solutions.
- Lead-Generation and New Business Development: Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving new business initiatives within a competitive market.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to present complex ideas clearly to executives and stakeholders, delivering compelling value propositions that resonate with senior leaders.
- Strategic Problem Solver: A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, pivot when necessary, and deliver impactful solutions aligned with client needs and market trends.
- High-Activity, Results-Driven: Able to maintain high levels of activity and consistently meet or exceed targets, while thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time to meet with key clients and prospects in the crop sector.
