Position Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain productive relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations and close deals that align with company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to enhance the sales process and improve client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges and opportunities to sales leadership.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience selling solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
