This person will be a vital team member of the Engineering and Technology group and will be adding to the design, analysis, development and testing of new product ideas, resulting in solutions that meet customer requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform lab testing of products to study plan parameters established by engineers.
  • Obtain/maintain accurate test data through abidance to lab testing methods. Aid with lab test documentation and reports.
  • Aid in engineering design evaluations of new ideas, as well as enhance existing product for quality and performance capabilities.
  • Will provide alterations to designs to further quality and reliability of products.
  • Assist with technical problems, customer installation, returned material evaluations.
  • Help with the development of, maintenance of, and compliance with product development guidelines.
  • Maintain test lab calibration program to established standards and beyond.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping are sustained while meeting quality & cost specifications.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

This candidate should hold an associates degree in engineering, along with a minimum of two years of experience working in an engineering testing lab for mechanical products.
