Engineering Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
- Strong technical background in one or more engineering disciplines
- Proficiency in Autodesk product software, preferably Autodesk Inventor
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and experience with data collection and interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
