Engineering Manager – Responsible for overseeing all technical project delivery and engineering staff. Ensures customer requirements are met through strong technical execution, adherence to established processes, and a consistent focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

This role leads engineering for a sanitary fluid process integrator, overseeing process, electrical, and automation engineering. The Engineering Manager will establish and maintain standard engineering processes, ensure projects are executed in alignment with those processes, and drive continuous improvement.

The Project Manager and Electrical Engineering function will report into this role, with a total of 8 direct reports across automation and electrical engineering.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or personal care environments is strongly preferred
• Process engineering experience
• Engineering management experience - should have managed 8-10 team members
• Somebody who enjoys management
• Should establish where engineering is operating currently and how they are going to insert themselves and how are they going to manage the work that is currently going on. Come up with goals for next year that aligns with goals the management has for engineering. Putting together Standard Processes and documentation
