Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of engineering experience & 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Heavy mechanical engineering background, experience with controls & electrical design
• Packaging, material handling, &/or capital equipment background preferred
• Willing to travel 20%

The Role:

• Manage mechanical & electrical engineering projects, including customer specifications and design of mechanical components of the machinery
• Work closely with Sales through application of mechanical engineering knowledge of machinery principles and materials, manufacturing methods and processes to ensure designs are functional, practical, economical and satisfy customer operating requirements
• Design and test packaging and automation equipment to deliver highest technical & commercial solution, enabling the sales organization to meet the needs and expectations of customers
