A leading international manufacturer of print finishing machinery is seeking an Engineering Manager to focus on the Mechanical Engineering group. This person will need to be located in the Green Bay, WI area. You are responsible for designs and modifications of their printing equipment. This will include press and finishing machinery. You are managing a group of nine and there are 3 other mechanical engineering groups within the organization not located in WI you will be involved with. Experience with commercial printing machinery is required. Strong communication and organization skills are needed. You should be able to design drawings, discuss, motive and train engineers under your division. They are looking at leadership experience, how you manage is important to them.

Ideal candidates are anyone from the commercial printing industry as a senior level project manager or management over an Engineering team. Any mechanical engineers in commercial printing should apply, which includes digital solutions. Pay salary range starts from $110k to $160k.
