This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives on mentoring others, managing complex technical work, and driving results that make a measurable difference.

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager with a strong background in energy performance contracting, design-build, or federal infrastructure development. This role is fully remote with occasional travel for key project milestones and team collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers through all phases of project development—from concept through commissioning.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee technical design, energy modeling, and cost estimating to support performance guarantees and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with development leaders, construction managers, and consultants to bring innovative energy and infrastructure projects to life.
  • Mentor and guide team members through tailored professional development plans—helping them grow both technically and professionally.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 7–10 years of experience in the U.S. federal or performance contracting market.
  • At least 5 years of direct management experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, central utility plants, combined heat and power, or electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with building automation, controls, and commissioning.
  • PE and/or CEM certifications are a plus.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive compensation and performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), life, and disability coverage.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.
  • Professional growth opportunities including tuition reimbursement and continuing education.
  • A mission-driven culture that values technical excellence, integrity, and people development.

If you are a successful, experienced leader ready to make an impact in sustainable energy and federal projects, this is a company that will further your experience and career growth.
