What you will be doing:

Managing Operations: Oversee propane and refined fuel operations across multiple locations.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure operational efficiency and success.
Strategic Pricing: Monitor markets, establish daily pricing for retail and bulk delivery, and execute hedging strategies.
Sales Development: Drive new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Logistics Coordination: Supervise bulk fuel, DEF, oil, and propane delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.

A successful candidate for this Energy Manager role will possess the following:

Petroleum Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pricing, inventory, delivery, and all petroleum products, including oil, grease, DEF, and fuels.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong client relationships.
Market Savvy: Experience in market analysis, hedging strategies, and decision-making based on market trends.
Leadership Skills: Strong track record of leading and managing teams across multiple locations.
Operational Insight: Expertise in logistics and supply chain management for energy operations.
