Join Desert Regional Medical Center's multispecialty group in Palm Springs. This employed position serves a diverse population (~700,000 residents) with large, established referral base and strong community demand. Flexible model with optional inpatient consults or fully outpatient.

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: Starting from $230,000
- Guaranteed income + productivity incentives
