  • Strong understanding of system configuration and capabilities within Empower
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
  • Familiarity with the full loan lifecycle and vendor integrations

Config Specialist Expectations (for related roles):

  • Ability to triage and resolve complex issues in real time
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Deep understanding of loan lifecycle processes

Conversion Update: Empower Implementation

  • The conversion to Empower has been successfully completed
  • We are now in the post-implementation phase
  • Initial low volume limited visibility into system pain points
  • As volume increases, key issues and inefficiencies are now surfacing
  • Current environment requires:
    • Rapid triage of incoming issues
    • Parallel focus on forward-looking roadmap development
