New Group Implementation

  • Build new employer groups end-to-end within Employee Navigator

  • Configure plans, classes, rates, eligibility structures, and workflows

  • Support onboarding and enrollment launches

ICHRA & Platform Integrations

  • Configure and support ICHRA plan structures within Employee Navigator

  • Navigate integrated systems and customized workflow environments

  • Ensure accurate data flow across platforms

ACA Reporting Support

  • Run 1094/1095 reports

  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections

  • Partner with internal compliance team for final oversight

Qualifications and Skills

Required

  • Advanced Employee Navigator experience (full lifecycle: build + maintenance)

  • Experience managing 40+ groups simultaneously

  • Direct ICHRA configuration knowledge

  • Platform integration experience

  • Strong familiarity with ACA reporting processes

  • Background in a brokerage, agency, or TPA environment

Preferred
