Employee Benefits Account Manager

  • Active CA Life Acc/Health license
  • 2-5+ years’ experience working in an independent agency setting
  • Experience handling RFPs, preparing spreadsheets, submissions/ marketing to carriers, proposals and assisting with open enrollment preparation
  • Experience working with both small and large group accounts as well as self-insured/ self-funding
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
