Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $215,000, with actual salary dependent on the candidate’s experience and years of practice. Annual performance-based bonuses are also offered.

The firm supports hybrid work arrangements and provides an annual telecommute budget. Associates are expected to meet a billable hour requirement of 1850 hours. Benefits include competitive health insurance, a 401(k) with partial match, and eligibility for both discretionary and billable hour bonuses.

The firm fosters a culture of inclusion and connection. New associates are paired with a peer mentor to support their transition, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee offers programs such as Mentor Circles, educational workshops, and civic engagement initiatives.

Associates may receive billable credit for up to 40 hours of pro bono work annually, allowing them to pursue personally meaningful contributions. The firm also encourages professional growth through a yearly budget for continuing legal education and conferences to support individual business development goals.
